Defense from a former Florida prosecutor

Before he defended anyone, Doug Greenberg worked as a state prosecutor deciding which arrests became charges. He read the same police reports you're worried about and knows where those cases tend to break down.

  1. He knows what a prosecutor needs to see before agreeing to reduce or drop a charge.
  2. He has appeared in front of Pinellas County judges and prosecutors for more than three decades.
  3. You meet with an attorney in person, and that attorney handles your case.
  4. Most people never have to miss work for an arraignment. We file the paperwork and appear for you.

  3. Roadside sobriety exercises are voluntary in Florida.
  4. Calls from the Pinellas County Jail are recorded, and prosecutors listen to them.
